 Return & Refund Policy (Greece & EU)

This Return & Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with Greek Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994, as amended) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.


 Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without providing any reason.

This is our store return policy, and it operates in addition to the mandatory EU 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, where applicable.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us within the return period via email or written request.


 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in good condition
  • No damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • The product must include original packaging (if available), accessories, and all parts
  • The item must not show excessive use beyond normal inspection
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For phone accessories, items may be opened for inspection but must remain in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is not in acceptable condition.


 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify the customer of approval or rejection of the refund
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing time: up to 10 business days after inspection approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


 Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with Greek Law (Law 2251/1994) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, return shipping costs are handled as follows:

1. Customer Change of Mind / No Seller Fault

If the return is due to reasons such as:

  • change of mind
  • wrong order placed
  • no longer wanting the product
  • any reason not related to product defect or seller error

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs


2. Seller Fault / Defective or Wrong Items

If the return is due to:

  • defective product
  • damaged product during delivery
  • incorrect item sent

 We will cover all return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective upon arrival
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item delivered

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may be refused if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse or damage by the customer
  • The item is returned without accessories or original packaging
  • The return request is made after the allowed return period
  • The product is not in resalable condition

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it falls under this Return & Refund Policy.
